Wuhan-Shanghai Fashion Creativity Park
1. Project Summary
Wuhan-Shanghai Fashion Creativity Park is in the industrial park of
Tijiao, which locates at the janction of Hanhuang road and
Liberation highroad. This project accumulates a dress processing
production district , creative fashion business district , brand
research (design) district , college of design, fashion display
(demo) district ,dress marketing center, apparel leisure square and
accessory service of living community. Wuhan-Shanghai Fashion
Creativity Park is relayed on the Association of China Costume
Designer and the human resources of Arts of Clothing College. Its
aim is mainly to develop the clothing talented person and construct
the professional development platform of interactive information of
international clothing industry, profession design, brands publish,
product research, personnel training. It is a metropolitan
industrial park of clothing industry ,and it will constructed to be
a clothing talents training base and a fashion design issuance
place.
2. Project Planning Targets
The project of Wuhan-Shanghai Fashion Creativity Park is about
66,667 square meters , the building area is about 100,000 square
meters .Among the rest, fashion creative business area takes up
8,000 square meters, brand research (design) area takes up 8,000
square meters, school of design takes up 10,000 square meters,
fashion display area (international dress exhibition center )takes
up 30,000 square meters, (including 500 underground carpark)
,marketing center takes up 4,000 square meters, apparel leisure
square takes up 10,000 square meters , dress processing area takes
up 20,000 square meters, living area is 10,000 square meters.
3. Project Market Orientation
Wuhan-Shanghai Fashion Creativity Park is the office transaction
base, information hinge , core management of the enterprises of
park design, production, display , marketing and ancillary
services. International companies and the fashion authority
organizations will go in to reside. It will be construct with the
modal of AAAA intelligent office building and adopt the
construction technology which is highly efficient and
energy-saving.
The brand research (design) district, is the design plan center of
the park , the source of fashion and the training base of fashion
talent .We design it to be a AAAA rank Intelligent office building
which constructed with efficiency and green construction
techniques. The building will provide eco-office environment to the
stylists and stimulate their creative inspiration. It can provide
20 design studios to reside.
College of design is the training base of China fashion talent
which containing stylist, model, fashion planning and communication
talent, brand manager , sales manager. The college will set up
fashionable dresses design, dresses management, merchandise display
(VM) three courses of etc. It will enrollment 300 students.
Fashion display (Center of International Costumes Display) district
will be used for the fashion publish, fashion show , talent
training ,and is the trade center for retailers and wholesalers .It
will be construct in accordance with the international professional
'fashion show' standard , and it contains 'T' lobby, costumes
display district , photography district , model training
district , makeup district , marketing center and so on .The
marketing center is the trade center for retailers and wholesalers,
and it will adopt multi-space construction model for within plaza
.There will be 100 commercial shopfront.
Dress leisure plaza is the accumulation district of culture and
leisure, it matches to the design district and transact district
and creates a thick atmosphere of fashion arts leisure for the
park.
Production area mainly set suit, shirt, jackets production
line, and quality testing line. It will adopt the production mode
of mature automation admixture and concentration undertakes the
small batch quantity, big frequency immediate production .The
living service area mainly provides the teacher with the living
community, traveller accommodation, dining and businesses
recreational amusement.

Transportation and Locality Advantage
The Jiang'an district where the Wuhan-Shanghai Fashion Creativity
Park belonged to is the center of political, economic, cultural,
financial and information of Wuhan. The traffic and transport of
waterway, land and air transportation is very convenient , and the
golden waterway is unique . The second yangtze river bridge cross
north-south , there are many transport units like asia's largest
river the bus and ferry transport port of Wuhan ,Hankou Railway
